Bachelor's Degree Exercise Science
I am extremely passionate about being able to provide exercise intervention and adherence to those interventions in order to influence positive lifestyle changes for people of all ages. I started my exercise journey at 12 years old lifting weights in order to get bigger and stronger for sports. Since that time I've picked up every opportunity possible for me to be able to coach whether that be an assistant in my highschool weight room, personal training, or coaching sports performance and olympic weightlifting during my time in college. You can find me currently personal training at Legacy Athletics or working to increase my Olympic Weightlifting total.
